My Background
- Jacky Chen is the Master Coach and Founder of LeadingAI. Jacky has more than 30 years experience in Global Fortune 500 companies including Oracle, Sun Microsystems, HP Enterprise etc.. He has Master degree in Executive Leadership, and MIT Sloan Management and Leadership Executive Certificate. Jacky is Certified xLead Executive Coach and also a Life Coach certified by Professor Dr. BJ Fogg of Stanford University. Jacky was a seminar speaker in the North American Chinese Christian Education Conference (ABC Conference) from 2017-2024. He was also head coach of Uprising Youth Group of FamilyKeepers International. He coached two Highschool teams and they won the 1st place in WAICY (World Artificial Intelligence Competition for Youth) in 2019.
- Jacky is passionate about Youth Leadership Development. He founded LeadingAI, which provides AI & Leadership training programs for students to cooperate and compete in Amazon’s AI Self-Driving Car Competition. Students won the Amazon DeepRacer Global Race in August 2021 and advanced to 2021 - 2024 Global Championship Finale.
Our Approach

- Since 2018, we have prepared teams to explore this rapidly growing advancement of artificial intelligence and machine learning through attending competitions such as Amazon AWS DeepRacer and the World Artificial Intelligence Competition for Youth.
